1-2-1 Personal training,

To help you reach your goals at your own pace this is great if you need that little more attention with your training.

 Semi Private Group Training ( 3 people max)

Like being part of a team of people that are like-minded well this one is for you. You will be within a team of three people meaning you get to have a chat with the others and get a laugh in between your exercises. These sessions are from 8 sessions per month.

From £15 per hour


With every program you will get your measurements, calorie intake calculated this is to track your progress also a recipe booklet (PDF)

 

Bonus use: You become part of the gym you have unlimited use of the classes which include Yoga, Pilates, Boxercise, Metafit, Spin and much more.
