Brendan is a brilliant PT. He is very knowledgable and approachable, he makes sure you are comfortable and any exercises that you struggle with, there is always an alternative! Always have a good laugh in between sets. So many things I couldn’t do but with Brendan’s help I’ve achieved so much.

I’d highly recommend Brendan to anyone looking to get fit. He’s so easy to get on with, he listens and adapts your work out to whatever area you want to focus on; whether it’s arms, abs, legs or all over body strength. Every session was fun and even though it was tough, I’m stronger and fitter than I’ve ever been. He is totally dedicated to getting you where you need to be and motivates you to get there too. Training with Brendan was a blast!

Brendan is a fabulous PT. Nothing is a bother to him and he gives you good, honest and well informed opinions and feedback. He motivates you to do the best you can and gives you that extra kick when you need it. Working with Brendon was great. I done 3 hour session per week and I've gained some muscles in my arms, which I am super chuffed about! He was easy to get on with, encouraged me to work hard and taught me proper technique. He was very reliable and flexible with sessions. I would recommend him to anyone consdering a pt.

Brendan is a truly excellent trainer. Knowledgable and organised, he puts together fantastic sessions, switching things up so you never get bored. His attention to detail is impeccable. He always takes into consideration each individual persons goals and tweaks each session to suit that person. As well as that he is always encouraging and friendly, cultivating a really fun and relaxed atmosphere in small group training - which makes coming to the gym a real pleasure. I saw excellent results while training with Brendan, and am very thankful to him for motivating me in the gym, and outside of it. I could not recommend him highly enough. If you are considering starting training, or are nervous about coming into the gym, or wondering where to start you could not choose a more safe pair of hands than Brendan.
