A few common questions we get asked…

I’ve never exercised before so I’m a total beginner can I join?

Yes, our sessions are for all fitness levels we will work with you and any issues you may have.

How long do the sessions last?

Over time we’ve learned that 60mins can be daunting and can take up loads of time we’ve altered it to a 30min session.

We’ve found 30mins has been the ideal time for everyone.

Do I need to bring anything?

All you need to bring is a bottle of water and yourself, all of the equipment and mats are provided.

How do I book my sessions?

Great question, we use a booking system so you can pick and choose your sessions around your life.

There are 14 training sessions to choose from.

Is this a contract?

No, we can’t predict the future so we offer a monthly direct debit all we ask is that you give us notice when you are looking to cancel your membership with us.


I don’t think the Bootcamp is for me, is there anything else you offer?

We get it, the weather is unpredictable but to answer your question. Yes, we offer personal training in our private gym in the North/East Of Glasgow. If you would like to gain more information please contact us via here
